Domaine Le Boitier / COQUARD

The Beaujolais, it's our life.

In the Coquard family, we have been cultivating our love for Beaujolais vineyards and wine for several generations. I grew up watching my Grandfather and father toiling among the vines and vinifying our unique Beaujolais grape variety, Gamay, in our family winery at Domaine le Boitier.

After working for three years in the wine import and distribution sector in London,I spent time working on three different continents for three renown wineries ( California, New Zealand and South Africa).

Once back in the Beaujolais, I developed my skills and expanded my network of contacts, working for two famous négociant houses. In 2004 I decided to 'return home' properly, to the family estate, and to channel my energies into livening up the Beaujolais wine scene. And so, while carrying on the family tradition, I am able to offer you quality wines that express both heritage and innovation.
