It was created in 2000 and is known today as the official and only competition focused on Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages Nouveaux wines.
It was founded by an organization called Union des Oenologues, and most specifically by the board situated in the burgundy and the Centre-East region of France.
Each year, this competition rewards the best Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages Nouveaux wines.
I have the great pleasure to announce that my Beaujolais Nouveau “69” was awarded with a gold medal.
I am very happy with this result, which rewards the work of selection and achievement of this great “cuvée”.
